Iris Bode will assume leadership of Haufe Group’s Editorial Department, Publishing, and Book Trade Sales in her capacity as new business unit director. Furthermore, she will become managing director of Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG, a Haufe Group company. She takes over from Sandra Dittert, who left Haufe Group at the end of June.
Iris Bode has many years of management experience at Axel Springer, the FAZ newspaper, and the Handelsblatt newspaper. Her past work has centered on the transformation process from print to digital in varying contexts, as well as on the management of customer-centric product and service strategies for numerous target groups. Most recently, she worked as an HR consultant in the field of executive search, across industries and with a focus on digital transformation.

In her new function, Iris Bode will have managerial responsibility for the company’s publishing business, as well as being responsible for the content value creation of publishing in all business groups within Haufe Group.
